  • 250 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 ml Condensed milk
  • 5 grams Gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp Matcha
  • Matcha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Matcha
  • 50 ml Condensed milk

How to Make Creamy and Rich Matcha Pudding

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Creamy and Rich Matcha Pudding in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. Add the milk, and microwave until it's slightly warmer than body temperature (until the gelatin dissolves).
  • Step 2
  • Mix the matcha and condensed milk, and set aside. Do the same for the matcha sauce. A small whisk for making dressing is useful for this!
  • Step 3
  • Add the heavy cream, and matcha and condensed milk mixture (for the pudding) to Step 1 and mix well without creating bubbles.
  • Step 4
  • Suspend the bowl in ice water to let the pudding mixture cool down. Then pour into molds.
  • Step 5
  • Chill in the fridge to harden, pour in the matcha sauce, and they're done.
