  • 2 small to Medium Avocados
  • 1/2 small Sweet Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper
  • 1 Serrano Pepper
  • 1 Cilantro
  • 1 Kosher Salt
  • 1 Juice of half a Lime
  • 1 tbsp Distiller White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Cold Water

How to Make Creamy Avocado Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Creamy Avocado Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut avocados in half. Removing pit.
  • Step 2
  • Scoop avocado flesh from skin.
  • Step 3
  • Cut onion in half and remove peel from one of the halves and cut in half again. Set other half aside for use in another recipe.
  • Step 4
  • Smash garlic and remove peel. Rough chop into a few pieces.
  • Step 5
  • Stem the Jalapeño and Serrano peppers (you may also seed if you like, but I like a kick🔥). Rough chop into a few pieces.
  • Step 6
  • Rough chop cilantro to taste.
  • Step 7
  • Add all chopped ingredients to blender along with the juice of half a lime, 1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar, and kosher salt to taste. Add 1 cup of cold water and blend until smooth.
  • Step 8
  • Have a taste and adjust salt if necessary. (If too thick, just add a little water until you get desired consistency)
  • Step 9
  • Enjoy as a dip, on tacos , or with grilled meats. Very tasty!
