  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 medium Cooking Onion (chopped)
  • 2 can Cream Sweet Corn
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 3 medium Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
  • salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Cook bacon in soup pot over medium heat until crispy (about 5 minutes). Put cooked bacon on paper towel to drain some of the grease. Add garlic and onion to the remaining bacon grease and cook while stirring until softened but not browned.
