  • 80 grams Your preferred pasta, such as penne rigate
  • 120 grams Meat Sauce
  • 30 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 pinch of each Dried parsley

How to Make Creamy Bolognese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Creamy Bolognese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the penne rigate in 0.8-1% saltwater. You can use any kind of past you'd like, of course.
  • Step 2
  • Before the pasta has finished boiling, heat the meat sauce in a frying pan over low heat. Add about 30 ml of the pasta water to thin it out.
  • Step 3
  • Add salt while tasting. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Once the pasta finishes boiling, mix it into the sauce.
  • Step 4
  • Add the parmesan cheese. Once it's dissolved, stir in a bit of olive oil.
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with dry parsley and it's complete.
