  • 300 grams fusilli
  • 150 grams shrimp
  • 10 stalks asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

How to Make Creamy Cheese Fusilli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Creamy Cheese Fusilli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat water until boiling, add fusilli, cook until al dente. Remove water/strain.
  • Step 2
  • While waiting pasta done, in different pan, heat butter. Saute garlic and onion until caramelized
  • Step 3
  • Add shrimp, then add asparagus. Cook a while until shrimp turn orange.
  • Step 4
  • Add milk, cheddar cheese. Stir. Then add cream cheese. Stir well until thick and creamy. Add salt and pepper. Add basil.
  • Step 5
  • Heat cooked pasta. Pour creamy sauce into cooked pasta.
  • Step 6
  • Stir well. Remove from heat. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, ready to serve.
