  • 500 grams Penne or any pasta noodle cooked as per instructions
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced/chopped
  • 1/2 kg chicken breasts (boneless & skinless) sliced
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese

How to Make Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet and heat to medium. Cook chopped onions until translucent and garlic until golden brown for about 3-5 minutes.

  • Add chicken breasts and cook for about 10 minutes.

  • Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Pour cream, milk and cheese. Simmer in low fire for about 10 minutes. Make sure to stir to every 3 minutes to avoid the cream from burning.
