  • 1 juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

    Step 1
  • hit the inside (not the outside) of a shallow baking dish large enough to fit the poor catfish fillets in with non-stick spray.
