  • 7 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch
  • addiction to sauce
  • 2 tbsp margarine, butter or ghee your choice

How to Make creamy mac and cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make creamy mac and cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • boil water oil and salt put pasta in pot stir bring to boil stir boil 7 to 8 minutes drain add back to pot off heat.
  • Step 2
  • in another pot add milk, heat the milk add margarine butter or ghee add garlic to milk*
  • Step 3
  • add cheese in the milk let the cheese melt.
  • Step 4
  • After the cheese melts mix cornstarch with quarter cup of milk pour into milk it will thicken the sauce.
  • Step 5
  • pour sauce over pasta, mix well, enjoy.
  • Step 6
  • any pasta will do
