  • 1 cup half and half (cream) use whole milk if you don't have
  • 8 oz processed American cheese (Velvetta)
  • 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup sour cream

  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Boil a pot of water and cook macaroni until Al dentè. (About 9 min)

  • In a large saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and sugar until smooth.

  • Gradually wisk in milk and cream.

  • Reduce heat to low and stir in cheeses until melted.
  • Step 8
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  • Step 9
  • Mix cheese sauce and macaroni together and pour into dish.
  • Step 10
  • Bake 30 min.
