    Step 1
  • Mince the chocolate and combine with the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix well and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180℃ for 8 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Coat the heat-resistant ramekins evenly with butter (not listed) and then sift in flour (not listed). If you hold the dishes sideways, it's easier to sift the flour in.
  • Step 3
  • Put the eggs in a large bowl and use a hand mixer to mix. Add sugar in two batches and mix until it becomes heavy.

  • Add the chocolate prepared in Step 1 to the bowl from Step 3 and mix. Sift in the flour and mix until the flour lumps are gone.
  • Step 5
  • Put the mixture into the ramekins to 8% full. Tap the bottom to release air and flatten the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Once finished, enjoy.
  • Step 6
