  • 250 grams small mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch dried rosemary
  • 1/2 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 black pepper and salt
  • 200 grams cream cheese, light
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce

How to Make Creamy Mushroom Sauce

    Step 1
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown
  • Step 2
  • Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube. Take off heat

  • As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g). Add mustard
  • Step 4
