  • 1/2 packages Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 4 large Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Pepper or Lemon Pepper
  • 2 tsp Seasalt or Season-salt
  • 1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Cream
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • Cook Bacon till chewy, it will cook more in the oven.
