  • 1/2 lb shrimp, no tails
  • 11 oz pesto
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 handfuls spinach, hand shredded
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

    Step 1
  • Boil water in large pot. Once at a boil, add pasta and cook until done.
  • Step 2
  • While getting water to a boil, heat olive oil in separate pot. Add zucchini and cook until almost done.

  • Add pesto and Alfredo sauce to zucchini. Stir until combined. Stir in shrimp and spinach. Let sauce cook until heated through and shrimp is pink.
