  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 11 oz (1 package) cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup corn (I use frozen sweet)
  • 4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup chopped mushroom of choice, you can add more or less as desired

    Step 1
  • Turn slow cooker to low
  • Step 2
  • Add chicken then all other ingredients, *except mushrooms*
  • Step 3
  • Cook on low for 6 hours stirring every 2 hours. Cut up the chicken into cubes after about 4 hours of cooking. One hour before done add mushrooms (if serving over rice now is a good time to cook as directed).
