  • 1 small red onion
  • 5 chestnut mushroom
  • 1/4 pot of creme fraiche
  • cup frozen seafood (prawn/shrimp, mussels&squid)
  • bunch chopped parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • tagliatelle
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • Boil water and cook pasta on hob
