  • 1 tbsp Rum (optional)
  • 1 few drops Vanilla oil
  • 1 Egg yolk for brushing

    Step 1
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 3 cm chunks. Put into a pot and put in enough water to cover the potatoes. Turn on the heat and cook the potatoes. When you can easily poke a skewer through, they are done.
