  • 375 grams Chicken & garlic ravioli
  • 1/3 cup Chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 Clive garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Chicken gravy powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 Rasher bacon, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
  • 1/2 Red capsicum, finely diced
  • 1 can Tomato soup, (approx 440ml)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 300 ml Thickened cream
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 Tomatoes, chopped

How to Make Creamy Tomato Soup with Chicken & Garlic Ravioli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Creamy Tomato Soup with Chicken & Garlic Ravioli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add water to a large pot- bring to the boil- throw in ravioli- return to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In the same pot add butter and bacon and cook for for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle on chicken gravy powder and also add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for further 2 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Now add diced tomato, capsicum and herbs. When tomato is slightly softened add tomato soup, both creams, cheese, spinach and ravioli.
  • Step 5
  • Heat through, season to taste and serve with toast.
  • Step 6
  • Not the most healthy meal but damn! It's luscious! Enjoy
