  • 1/4 cup White flour
  • 1/2 cup cooking white wine
  • 6 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese mix or mozarella
  • 2 cup chopped spinach
