  • 2 tbsp Brown/white sugar

  • 6 tbsp White sugar
  • 4 Yolks
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pinch Salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Creme Bruhlee Pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • 300-350 degrees. Pie crust for 10-15 minutes, be sure to add pie weight
  • Step 2
  • In medium heat, put milks and vanilla in pan turn to simmer when heats. Cool for 30 min if needed
  • Step 3
  • Whisk 4 yolks max plus one egg and 6 tablespoons sugar Max (prefer 5) and pinch of salt.
  • Step 4
  • Add whisked mixture in milk, be sure put heat on simmer and whisk
  • Step 5
  • Take out pie crust, turn to 300°F
  • Step 6
  • Pour custard through mesh sieve , whisk again the pour into pie crust
  • Step 7
  • Oven bake for 30 minutes 300°F
  • Step 8
  • Till wobbly in center, cool for hour
  • Step 9
  • Before serving add two tablespoons of sugar, broil in oven for 2-3 minutes
