  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp Corn syrup
  • 6 slice bread of your choice, cut 1 inch thick
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Half n half cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Creme Brulee French Toast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over med. heat. Mix in brown sugar and corn syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 2
  • Remove crust from bread. Arrange in the baking dish in a single layer. in a sm. bowl whisk eggs, half n half, vanilla, Grand Marnier, and salt. Pour over bread. Cover and chill overnight.
  • Step 3
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the dish from the fridge and bring to room temp.
  • Step 4
  • Bake uncovered 35 to 49 mins. until puffed and lightly browned.
