  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp dry basil
  • 1 tsp chipotle chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

How to Make Creole Baked Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Creole Baked Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • To create marinade sauce. In a medium mixing bowl add below ingredients & mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Using 2 sandwich zip lock bags, add in 3 drumsticks per bag. Pour in 1/2 of marinade sauce per bag.
  • Step 3
  • Place drumsticks bags in refrigerator and let it sit for 2 hours.
  • Step 4
  • Preheat oven to 450 degree's
  • Step 5
  • After drumsticks have been marinating for 2hours, add drumsticks and sauce to baking dish with butter, and place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • After drumsticks have been baking for 30 minutes, turn on the broil and broil for 5-8 minutes until drumsticks are at desired crispiness.
  • Step 7
  • Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
