Ingredients: Crepe

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 of cup water
  • 1/2 of cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of suger
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extra
  • 1 butter as needed to fry the crepes
  • 1 nutella as needed (optional)
  • 1 fruits (optional)

How to Make Crepe

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Crepe in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs,milk,water,and butter. Gradually add in the flour stirring to combine. Add the salt, sugar and vanilla extra beat until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  • Step 3
  • Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. turn and cook the other side. Do the same until you finish all the batter.you could serve it with nutella and some fruits like bananas or strawberries.Thank you and enjoy your plate!!!!
