  • Ingredients No.1
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • For filing, Ingredients No.2
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 1 tbsp Nutella

How to Make Crepes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Crepes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix ingredient No.1then let the mixture to rest for 30 m
  • Step 2
  • Heat on an non-stick skillet , add about 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan to grease it and then use a paper towel and wipe out the pan a bit, so it’s not too greasy. 
  • Step 3
  • Then add 1/4 cup of the mixture Pour in the pan into the center of the pan and swirl the pan gently, so that the batter coats the bottom of the pan. Continues to swirl the pan until the batter stops moving and then return the pan to the heat. Cook for about 1 ½ – 2 minutes or until the edges of the batter looks set and begins to dry, edges of the crepe begin to brown slightly and may curl inward and the bottom of the crepe has browned very slightly and appears lacy. Use a thin spatula and slide it under the crepe and flip it over carefully. 
  • Step 4
  • Cook the crepe for about another 15-30 seconds until set and the bottom begins to brown slightly. Carefully remove the crepe from the pan with the spatula and stack the crepes on a platter or lay on a rack to cool.
  • Step 5
  • Fill crepes with: Nutella and strawberry
