  • 60 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 100 grams Chocolate
  • 50 grams White chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil

How to Make Crispy Bread Flour Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Crispy Bread Flour Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave at 500 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds! It's okay if some of the chocolate doesn't melt.
  • Step 2
  • Mix well with a rubber spatula. The residual heat will melt the rest of the chocolate. If it doesn't melt, microwave at 10 second intervals until it has completely melted.
  • Step 3
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, add the bread flour, and mix together. You do not have to sift the flour.
  • Step 4
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix. Bring the dough together. If it's still powdery and you can't bring it all together, add a little vegetable oil at a time. Be careful not to add too much!!
  • Step 5
  • Wrap in plastic and make into a log about 15 cm long. Let chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to harden a bit. Be careful not to let it harden for too long!!
  • Step 6
  • Slice into 1.5 cm thick slices. It should make about 12 pieces.
  • Step 7
  • Arrange on a cookie sheet. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. If the cookies don't seem to be thoroughly baked enough, bake for another 1-2 minutes.

  • The finished product.
