  • 1 each chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • 150 grams cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp fresh ground cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup oil whatever kind you like

How to Make Crispy chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Crispy chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Flatten chicken breast between to sheets of baking paper.
  • Step 2
  • Slice into 1 1/2" pieces.
  • Step 3
  • Put chicken,milk,lemon juice,yoghurt into flat dish
  • Step 4
  • Marinate for a couple of hours or longer.
  • Step 5
  • Mix cracker crumbs,dried herbs &pepper
  • Step 6
  • Dip chicken in crumb mixture and fry in oil.Crumbs go golden and the meat is tender.
