  • 3 cup Crisp Rice Cereal, coarsely crushed
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)

    Step 1
  • In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.
  • Step 2
  • Place butter in another bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Place in a greased 11 in. X 7 in. X 2 in. baking pan.
  • Step 5
  • Drizzle with remaining butter.
  • Step 6
  • Bake, uncovered at 400°F for 20 -25 minutes or until juices run clear.
