  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 130 grams Cake flour

  • Preparation: Soften the butter to room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • Cream the butter and sugar until pale.
  • Step 3

  • Step 5
  • Wrap, and let it chill in the fridge for an hour (or 30 minutes in the freezer).

  • Spread plastic wrap on top and roll out the dough to 5 mm thick.
  • Step 7
  • Cut out the dough and bake for 17-20 minutes at 180℃.
