  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Crab Meat
  • 1 packages Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 Oil for deep frying

    Step 1
  • Mix softened cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

  • Stir in crab and green onions.

  • Beat the egg and water together in small bowl.

  • Place a Tablespoon of the crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
  • Step 5
  • Brush edges of wrapper with egg wash mixture. Fold over corners to form a triangle and press to seal.

  • Deep fry in small batches in 375°F oil until golden brown.
  • Step 7
  • These fry up really quick. I always sprinkle with a pinch of salt as soon as they come out of fryer.
  • Step 8
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!!
