  • 200 grams Kimchi

  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 Shallots (optional)

How to Make Crispy Fried Shrimp with Egg Kimchi

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Crispy Fried Shrimp with Egg Kimchi in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove the shell and vein from the shrimp, and coat in a small amount of salt, pepper, and sake (not listed), and katakuriko. Beat the eggs, chop the kimchi into bite sized pieces, and finely chop the scallions.
