  • 1/2 bunch spaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds)
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • DRESSING: (mixed in advance)
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp dashi (if you have)

How to Make Crispy Green Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Crispy Green Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine mizuna, half the lettuce, cucumber, pan fried spaghetti, and dressing in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Arrange the other half lettuce on a serving plate and put the mixture (step 1) along with the tomato on top. Spread mayonnaise over them.
