  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp each, salt and pepper
  • sauce
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Orange marmalade
  • 1 cup water, divided
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Crispy orange peel beef in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season steak with salt and pepper, then toss in flour.
  • Step 2
  • In small saucepan, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil and saute garlic until golden. Then add 1/2 cup water, bouillon cube, marmalade, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium high. Flick water on pan. When it sizzles, add the steak. Cook until brown and slightly crispy.
  • Step 4
  • When steak is nearly done, combine cornstarch and remaining 1/2 cup water in small lidded container. Shake until smooth. Add to sauce and simmer until thickened.
  • Step 5
  • Serve steak with the sauce on the side.
