  • 100 grams Fresh Oyster mushrooms (whole)
  • 1 cup tempura flour
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • salt ( if salted tempura, u don need salt)
  • 1 pinch Indian five spices ( garam masala)
  • 1/2 cup water ( add more if batter too thick)
  • 2 cup broccoli (boiled with salt)
  • vegetable oil for deep frying

How to Make Crispy Oyster Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Crispy Oyster Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut thick ducts of mushrooms and discard. Keep aside.
  • Step 2
  • Boil broccoli for two min. by adding a lil salt in water. Strain water and Keep aside.
  • Step 3
  • Add other ingredients to tempura flour and make smooth batter by adding water. It shouldn't be too runny or too thick.
  • Step 4
  • Deep mushroom individuals in batter to coat , deep fry in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 5
  • Serve hot with boiled broccoli.
