  • 8 large prawns, peel and remove head
  • 1 bunch asparagus, slice about 2 inches long
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 scallion/ green onion, finely sliced
  • 100 ml milk/ cream
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cooking oil (canola, corn, etc)

How to Make Crispy Prawn with Lemon and Asparagus Sauce
