  • Preheat the oven to 110℃/230℉. Roast walnuts and crush them (or you can use nuts powder).
  • Step 2
  • Beat eggs white. Add sugar in 2-3 times separately, and beat well till it becomes stiff, like a fine sponge.
  • Step 3
  • Add starch and walnuts and mix gently.
  • Step 4
  • Put the meringue into a plastic bag with a metal mouth and wring it out to make nice shape.
  • Step 5
  • Put it into the oven and bake for about an hour, make it completely dry.
  • Step 6
