  • 3 lb beef chuck roast
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 packages onion soup mix
  • 6 oz coke
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, divided
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream. light is fine

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Crock pot coke roast in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • Preheat olive oil in saute pan over medium high. Season roast on all sides with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Brown roast on all sides in oil.
  • Step 3
  • Place roast in crock pot. Mix together soup, soup mix, remaining 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and coke. Pour over roast. Cook on low 7 - 10 hours.
  • Step 4
  • Remove roast from crock pot and slice. Whisk in sour cream. Add sliced roast to crock pot and serve.... whenever you're ready.
