  • 1 lb Ground Beef ( 93/7 )
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Tumeric
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 dash Cayenne Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans ( Light )
  • 1 can Kidney Beans ( Dark )
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 each Bell Pepper ( whatever color you like! )
  • 1 each Carrot - shredded
  • 1 cup Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 each Diced Red Onion ( whatever kind you like )
  • 1 packages Hillshire Farms Beef Sausage
  • 1/2 cup Water

How to Make CrockPot Chili

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make CrockPot Chili in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.
  • Step 2
  • Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.
  • Step 3
  • Cook sausage and add to crock pot.
  • Step 4
  • Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.
  • Step 5
  • Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.
  • Step 6
  • Cook on low for 6 hours!
