  • 2 can (normal size)Diced stewed tomato-hunts brand
  • 1 packages Cube steak
  • 1 Green bell pepper- sliced into strips
  • 1 Yellow onion- sliced into strips
  • 1 packages Swiss steak seasoning
  • 1 can MILD Rotel (big can)
  • as needed Minced garlic
  • 1 as needed Flour to baste steak in
  • 1 Salt, pepper, and favorite seasonings
  • as needed chopped Celery or celery flakes- optional
  • as needed Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Worchershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup or so of beef broth or water

How to Make Crockpot Swiss Steak

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Crockpot Swiss Steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • First, I flour and season steaks, then cook just until the flour turns brown. I have a ninja cooking system that has the stovetop/oven etc built into my slow cooker. So I just do it in it. But if you don't, you can do the normal way on stovetop in a pan. Then put it in the slow cooker.
  • Step 2
  • Mix tomatoes, rotel, Worcestershire, peppers, onion, minced garlic, broth or water and Swiss steak seasoning pk in crock pot.
  • Step 3
  • Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8. Serve with steamed or cooked rice.
  • Step 4
