  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Flour
  • 1 Panko
  • 1 Oil for deep frying

  • 70 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 5 grams Butter

    Step 1
  • Peel the potatoes. Microwave them until soft, then mash them.
