  • 2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 salt
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • Chipotle aioli
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 olive oil
  • 1/3 red wine vinegar
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 6 oz chipotle in adobo
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
