  • 6 medium sized eggs
  • 230 grams plain smooth cottage cheese
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 200 grams cubed ham
  • to taste salt and pepper

  • Pre heat an oven to 180°C
  • Step 2
  • Beat the eggs and set aside

  • In a saucepan, sauté spinach and remove off the stove. Add the chopped ham into the pan (heat must be off still)

  • In a greased, oven-proof dish add the egg mixture and leave in the oven until you poke it and its not watery. It should be about 30 minutes
  • Step 7
