Ingredients: Curry Chicken

  • 1 lb Chicken (breast or tights)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup Potato flakes
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

How to Make Curry Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Curry Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the onion and season the chicken
  • Step 2
  • Saute the onion with the olive oil
  • Step 3
  • Add the chicken and brown it for about 10 min each side
  • Step 4
  • Add the curry powder
  • Step 5
  • Add the broth (or the same amount of tomato sauce if you want an extra flavor) and cook it for about 15/20 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked.
  • Step 6
  • Add the heavy whipping cream. You may add potato flakes to thicken the sauce if necessary.
  • Step 7
  • Serve with rice :)

  • I recently tried a variation of this recipe using coconut milk, and it tastes wonderful!!
