Ingredients: Curry Chicken

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Curry Powder
  • 2 stick Fresh thyme
  • 1/2 Yellow onion
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 large Potato
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Curry Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Curry Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut and clean chicken.
  • Step 2
  • Place chicken in bowl with Yellow and green onions, curry powder, Fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • In medium pot heat oil at medium heat for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
  • Cut potato into fours
  • Step 5
  • Place chicken into pot. After 10 minutes place heat on low and stir chicken.
  • Step 6
  • Allow chicken to simmer for 15 minutes, then add water and potato. Let chicken simmer until chicken starts to fall off the bone. Stir occasionally.
