  • Curry
  • 1 onion
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make Curry Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Curry Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the ends of the drumstick (optional)
  • Step 2
  • In a food processor combine olive oil, onion rough chopped, habanero or scotch bonnet pepper, fresh cilantro, curry powder, garlic cloves, peeled ginger.
  • Step 3
  • Pour curry marinade over chicken and massage so every piece gets flavor. Let sit in fridge for about an hour.
  • Step 4
  • In a nice size pan or pot. Pour 2 tbsp olive oil and sear the chicken til brown on all sides.
  • Step 5
  • Add fresh chopped cilantro and water. Let simmer for 45 mins. If sauce gets dry add a little more water.
