  • 2 Pear (I used La France pears)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small clove Garlic
  • 100 ml Soy beans in brine
  • 200 ml Soy milk (or milk)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Soup stock cube
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1/2 box Japanese curry roux

How to Make Curry with La France Pear

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Curry with La France Pear in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the la france pear, banana, onion and garlic finely and put all ingredients except for the Japanese curry roux in a pressure cooker.
  • Step 2
  • Cook over medium heat. When the pressure is on, turn down to low for 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave it alone until the pressure reduces naturally.
  • Step 3
  • Open the lid and add the curry roux. Stir slowly to dissolve. Once it has dissolved, simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • Step 4
  • My pressure cooker can hold up to 2 liters.
