  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Caramel sauce

How to Make Custard Pudding

    Step 1
  • Beat the egg well in a bowl. Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat. Add the egg, mix well and then strain.
  • Step 2
  • If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter. Pour in the caramel sauce.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds. Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170℃.
  • Step 4
  • Chill in the fridge.
