  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 2 can Canned tuna
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • Cover Step 8 with the crumbled tuna and then top with the remaining gomoku sushi rice and close the plastic wrap around it. Push down gently from the top.
  • Step 10
  • You can remove the wrap and serve it in the bowl, or you can leave the wrap on and put it in a bento.
