  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 dash peper
  • 3 tsp butter

  • let rice and bulgar and lentil remain in water for 30 min
  • Step 2
  • peel and mince onion. put butter in skillet and cook onion until brown

  • Step 5
  • add 1cup of boiled water and stir until all ingredient become smooth and consistant
  • Step 6
  • add 1 cup of cold water and then add rice, bulgar and lentil. let them cook.

  • serve with lime or lemon juice
