  • 1/2 Daikon Radish
  • 1 can tuna or imitation crab meat
  • 1 Handful dried bonito flakes
  • Nori seaweed strips for topping
  • **Ponzu Dressing**
  • 60 ml Ponzu
  • 1 Tbsp ground white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp mayonaise

How to Make Daikon Radish Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Daikon Radish Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the daikon. Cut into thin rectangles, or fine strips. Soak it in cold water till it's crisp. (about 15 minutes)
  • Step 2
  • In a small bottle or a container, put in dressing ingredients and put on the cap, then shake it!
  • Step 3
  • When daikon is crispy, drain the water, add tuna, bonito flakes and nori seaweed.
  • Step 4
  • Pour ponzu dressing over when you eat.
