  • 1 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 8 oz vegetable flavored cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp poppy seed
  • 1 can crescent rolls

    Step 1
  • Put oil in a skillet and saute chicken for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Season to taste.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet.
  • Step 7
  • Roll out crescent rolls by twos. They should be long rectangles. Cut in half to make 8 squares.
  • Step 8
  • Fill the dough squares with the chicken filling. Pull up corners of the dough around the filling. Connect corners at top.
  • Step 9
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 9 minutes until golden brown.
