  • 400 ml ☆Heavy cream
  • 40 grams ☆Sugar
  • 3 grams ☆Instant coffee
  • 1/2 tbsp ☆Boiling water
  • 1 tsp ☆Brandy or rum (or your choice of Western liqueur)
  • Filling.
  • 8 Oreo cookies
  • 2 Bananas

How to Make Decorated Cafe Mocha Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Decorated Cafe Mocha Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bake the chocolate sponge cake. Slice into 3 layers and coat with syrup.
  • Step 2
  • Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Since there is only a small amount of hot water used, the coffee may be difficult to dissolve, so if necessary, you can heat it in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Step 3
